We will start our tour on the main square, Ban Josip Jelačić Square, the old commercial heart of our capital and the famous meeting point for people of Zagreb. We will then explore the medieval nucleus of the city- Kaptol and Gradec; discover the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Dolac open market (popularly called the „belly of Zagreb“), vibrant Tkalčićeva street and get lost in the narrow streets of the Upper town. We will discover the politic centre of our town, St. Mark’s square with the 13th century Saint Mark’s church, and then go back to the Downtown by our famous funicular. Afterwards, we are taking you for lunch at one of the most popular restaurants in Zagreb where you will have the opportunity to taste the local cuisine. Breakfast at hotel and departure for Poreč, almost 2000 year old town located at the west coast of Istria. As we arrive, our local tour guide will take you to the old centre through the main streets, Decumanus and Cardo Maximus, which are still preserved in their original forms. After sightseeing we are taking you for lunch at a traditional Istrian restaurant and continuing our journey to Rovinj, the most romantic place on the Mediterranean Sea and the most popular tourist resort in Istria region. Breakfast at hotel and departure for Trogir, situated on a small island between the Croatian mainland and the island of Čiovo, with a historic centre that has been listed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. After lunch in Trogir we are headed to Split, the largest city in the Dalmatia region and the second largest city in Croatia that lies on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea. We continue our journey to Šibenik, the town often referred to as the “centre of the world”. After the walk tour, we are taking you for lunch at traditional Dalmatian restaurant in which you can taste all the delices of our gastronomic offer. We are then headed to Zadar, the seat of the Zadar County, the centre of development of Croatian literature and the oldest continuously inhabited Croatian city. On day 7 we are taking you to the stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of the oldest national parks in Southeast Europe and the biggest national park in Croatia that extends across two Croatian counties.
