Notice of how to file a complaint
According to Article 6 of the Tourism Services Act and Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act we inform users of services that they can provide a written objection to the quality of contracted services:

You will receive a written confirmation of receipt of the complaint.
We will reply to the objection in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, so please specify your response address in the objection.
